Exit DEA Agents, Enter Ambulance Chasers

This post at OTB about marijuana legalization/taxation, and the article it links to, appear to overlook one key concept: product liability. Any corporation that sells pot after legalization would be setting itself up for all sorts of lawsuits. I think it more likely that home-grown will be the standard, sending potential tax revenues, dare I say it, up in smoke.
